Responsibilities include:

* Identifying potential customers
* Completing Fact Finder and Initial Needs Analysis with customer
* Educating clients on financial planning strategies
* Designing & Presenting Financial Plan
* Working with clients to implement Financial Plan
* Ability to work within a team environment in order to leverage internal resources and provide the best service possible to your client
* Continual follow up with client in order to ensure that plan is current and appropriate for their situation.

Minimum Requirements:

* CA Life Insurance License
* Familiarity with various financial planning strategies and concepts
* At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
* Ideal candidate will have worked as a Financial Advisor and will be comfortable in a sales oriented position
* Strong customer service & presentation skills
* Positive attitude
* High sense of urgency
* Aptitude (ability to comprehend and articulate financial scenarios)
